shuttle bus service SCADENZE PER LE PRENOTAZIONI
Reservation must be made at least 2 days before departure/arrival no later that 4 p.m. (local time). The same procedure should also be made for modifications or cancellations. For cancellations made after the two days, 50% of the fee will be charged. For the "NO SHOW" the entire fee will be charged.

FLIGHT DELAYS/LUGGAGE LOSS
The first 30 minutes are free of charge. After this, there will be € 5,50 surcharge every 15 minutes (18,00 €/hour).

SUNDAYS AND HOLYDAYS
Ronchi dei Legionari 20% + VAT surcharge on sundays and Italian official holydays

Pick up/drop off outside the fixed stops 5,50 Euros additional charge.

EARLY MORNING AND LATE NIGHT RATES
Ronchi dei Legionari:
between 08:00 until 21:00 the price remain unchanged. Outside this hours a supplement of 2 Euros + VAT per person.
Venice Treviso and Ljubljana: does not apply any surcharge.

LUGGAGES
We need to know how many pieces of luggages that each traveller has, so we can ensure that there is space for all the luggages.
1 suicase (max size 55x40x25 cm) and 1 hand luggage are included in the tariff. Each additional piece of luggage will be charged 4,00 euros + VAT.
In case of space problems for unnotified pieces of extra luggage, science bus reserves the faculty to refuse the transportation of those.

PAYMENT
For bookings without invoice voucher, payment must be made directly to the driver with credit card/POS.
